====== 新人指南 ======

我们组最早（2016年之前）有一份给新人准备的手册，见这里：{{/work/resource/manual-2016oct21.pdf}}。现在这份文档可能有点过时，我把需要新人学习的必要能力直接写在下面。

===== 1. 计算机能力 =====

  - 编程、分析、与绘图能力
    * NCAR Command Language (NCL)
    * Python
    * Fortran
  - Linux基本操作
    * Linux基本使用命令（ls, rm, mkdir, cp, mv, cd, pwd, tree, cat, top/htop, wget, lftp, df/dfc）
    * BASH or C-Shell
  - 其它能力
    * Latex（科学写作用）
    * Blender（画示意图用）

===== 2. 读文献 =====

  - 找文献：用Google Scholar（https://scholar.google.com/）或必应学术（https://www.bing.com/academic?mkt=zh-CN）找相关文献；用Review类型的文献“迁出萝卜带出泥”。
  - 归档与整理：用JabRef整理文献基本信息，相同主题的文献单独成库，供日后写文章时使用。

===== 3. 写文章 =====

  - 准备好 key figures
  - 反复打磨出文章的框架，写出每一段的段首句
  - 按照框架写成文
  - 用ChatGPT类的语言大模型打磨语言
  - 交给老师内审
